My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with a Master’s in Social Work from Touro College and a Master’s in Education and Human Development from George Washington University. My experience spans various settings, including Recovery Centers of America, Family First Counseling Services, and Lawn Ridge Youth Consulting Services. I specialize in individual and family therapy, psychoeducation, trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and substance use treatment. My training includes evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing.
