About My Clients
Finding your way, from my perspective is a collaborative journey and process. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to empathically work together to meet your needs; with a touch of humor. Eventually you will see that you are the guide to your own mindful self-healing/connection, resource access & creative life purpose. Where you will turn the narrative from roadblocks, to an “I can do this”, process oriented growth venture. We will build your toolkit & face unresolved issues as needed.
My Background and Approach
As an integrative therapist I believe in an individualized, holistic approach to therapy that combines ideas and techniques from different therapeutic schools. I have post graduate trainings in Internal Family Systems, ACT and experiential techniques, CPT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, art therapy techniques, grief/loss & ptsd/trauma issues, somatic & grounding techniques/skills, CBT for anxiety & depression, motivational interviewing and am an EMDRIA trained EMDR therapist. Along with being an LMHC, I am a certified clinical trauma therapist II (CCTP-II) and nationally certified counselor (NCC).
