About My Clients
I work with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and spiritual struggles. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are seeking clarity, healing, and direction. I welcome those who value a collaborative approach that integrates evidence-based care with faith, while honoring each person’s story, pace, and goals.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Navy veteran and clinical mental health counselor trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) for trauma, and Gottman Level 1 methods for couples. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with faith when desired, emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and practical tools to help clients process experiences, strengthen relationships, and build resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens through both grace and responsibility. You are not defined by your past, but you are responsible for your growth. I integrate faith and evidence-based care, honoring your dignity while challenging you toward accountability, truth, and lasting change. Even in life’s hardest seasons, growth and refinement are possible.
