About My Clients
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I am a military veteran, so I have worked with individuals of diverse backgrounds and personalities. Some of my passions include working with those that experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and the LGBTQ+ community.
My Background and Approach
Life can be fragile. When we experience trauma or life stressors, it is not uncommon for us to feel like everything is unraveling. As your therapist, I want you to know that you are not alone. I have been there, too. Following my separation from the military, I completed my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lipscomb University. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort. I am to here to walk alongside you. You and I will work together to identify potential areas of needed improvement and formulate a plan that caters to your desired outcome.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion is bringing healing to people by empowering healthy perceptions of themselves and their relationships. I want people to know themselves as whole, peaceful and safe. I pursue this by providing an atmosphere of acceptance where you have the freedom to be who you are. As you embark on your journey to healing and wholeness, my goal is to illuminate the light already within you. Remember, you matter.
