About My Clients

My work is especially helpful for professional/intercultural/long-term committed couples who are seeking growth but struggling with communication and connection. Maybe you're drowning in conflict, drifting apart, or struggling with betrayal, trust, and sex/intimacy issues. I also work with individuals dealing with personal mental health/addiction issues that affect your relationships. Let's work together to explore what's possible for your path forward.

My Background and Approach

Hello there! I'm a Licensed Resident in Counseling specializing in couples work. Trained in Gottman Method Level 2, I help couples build stronger relationships while also working with individuals on anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, burnout, ADHD, betrayal trauma, cultural challenges, and interpersonal issues. My approach uses evidence-based techniques, including the Gottman Method (Level 1 and 2 Trained), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), existential and narrative therapy, tailored to your unique needs. I believe in building strong connections with my clients and diving deep into your life story to find the best path forward. I'm experienced and comfortable integrating spiritual principles into our work if that's important to you. My goal is to create a safe space for exploring what's meaningful to you and living more fully in line with your values.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a Third Culture Kid, I deeply understand the complexities of straddling multiple cultural identities and the unique challenges immigrants face in maintaining authentic relationships. Growing up between worlds taught me that our connections with others are fundamental to our wellbeing - they shape our sense of belonging, identity, and purpose. I believe that healthy relationships are the cornerstone of mental health and life satisfaction. Whether it's couples working through cultural differences, individuals navigating career transitions, or families bridging generational gaps, I've experienced firsthand how cultural understanding and strong relationships can transform our lives. Drawing from both personal experience and professional training, I'm passionate about helping others find their path to meaningful connections while honoring their cultural heritage. I believe in creating a space where all cultural experiences are valued and understood.
