About My Clients
I work with adults seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are coping with the emotional impact of injuries, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck in long-standing patterns. Some come with clear goals, while others are unsure where to begin. I welcome clients who are looking for thoughtful, supportive, and collaborative therapy.
My Background and Approach
My background includes providing therapy in school, community, and outpatient mental health settings throughout New York City. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families, which has shaped a flexible and grounded approach to care. I currently focus on adult therapy, supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, chronic pain, and life transitions. My approach integrates practical coping tools with deeper insight-oriented work. In sessions, we may focus on managing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, or understanding patterns that affect relationships and self-esteem. I draw from cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic perspectives while tailoring therapy to each person’s needs. I strive to offer a calm, collaborative space where clients can reflect, feel supported, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right.
