Young adult guys, ages 16-29, who want to improve their relationships, become more confident, manage their emotions, get a problem area under control, perform better in work or school, or gain a sense of direction and purpose.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed psychologist with three decades of experience helping young adult guys thrive in their lives. I'm one of less than 5% of psychologists who are nationally board-certified. I have a PhD and Master's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill. I started one of the largest, most innovative group psychology practices in the country, and I speak to groups all over the country.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Being inclusive and affirming is important to me personally and professionally. My own family is very diverse and I connect well with clients from all backgrounds.
