Motivational interviewing allows a person struggling with a problem behavior to make their own choice about when and how they change, rather than having the decision imposed on them. I've been using this model for over two decades.

CBT is the most widely researched treatment in therapy. It has a great track record of helping people with depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, and other concerns. This was my primary model of training.

ACT helps people have a more healthy relationship with their own thoughts. I have had extensive training in this model.
