About My Clients
I specialize in trauma and anxiety. If you have been managing fear, worry, or persistent overwhelming stress, we can develop an active and engagement plan to lower your symptoms. I help clients turn stressful and traumatic experiences to bad memories they can manage with ease.
My Background and Approach
Trained as a psychologist, I offer several treatments that have been found to work with people impacted by depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma. I tailor each treatment to meet your individual needs while consciously considering your unique cultural background.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I grew up between NYC and Philadelphia. I've seen firsthand the need for mental health treatment and prevention. As a Black male from a low income community, I recognize many of the barriers for seeking help and remaining vulnerable. I thoroughly believe in recovery and becoming healthier.
