About My Clients
The majority of our clients are adolescents, and young adults as they experience life’s transitions and explore their interpersonal relationships. We see individuals of all ages across the lifespan. Additionally, we see individuals of any gender and sexual identity. We see individuals from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds as well.
My Background and Approach
True Healing happens in safe spaces, but also spaces that move beyond our limiting beliefs. Creating a space where your values and identity are honored, is paramount. My trauma-informed approach allows you to reprocess past experiences that are impacting your present life to help grown beyond your limits. I believe that our childhood and upbringing informs our present but does not hold it prisoner and it is time to become the best version of yourself for you and your loved ones.
