About My Clients
So much of your time is spent giving to your family, relationships, work, and education, but lately, it feels like there’s nothing left for you. Maybe you’re anxious, touched out, or grieving a version of yourself you barely recognize. I’m a bilingual Latina therapist, first-gen college grad, and mom. I know how heavy it can feel to carry it all. Whether you’re navigating postpartum changes, cultural expectations, or just need space to breathe, you’re not alone.
My Background and Approach
As a bilingual LCSW with over 5 years of experience in family support, case management, and clinical care, I’ve helped individuals and parents navigate anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional shifts of pregnancy and postpartum. I draw from evidence-based practices, perinatal mental health training, and real-life experience as a first-gen college graduate and mother. My goal is to equip you with practical tools you can use anytime—whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, or craving emotional relief. I’m warm, collaborative, and direct. We’ll start with what you’re facing right now—whether it’s anxiety, burnout, or grief—and work together to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and supported in your daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is possible when we feel seen, supported, and safe to be our full selves. I don’t think you have to “fix” yourself to be worthy of rest, joy, or peace. I believe many of our struggles come from survival patterns we’ve learned—and that those can be unlearned with compassion and care. As a bilingual Latina, first-gen college grad, and mom, I value cultural humility, advocacy, and showing up for marginalized communities. I support reproductive justice, racial equity, and mental health access for all. I’m passionate about holding space for folks who often feel like they have to carry everything alone. If you’re curious about working together, feel free to reach out—I’d be honored to connect.
