About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, identity, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I provide a queer-affirming, inclusive space and offer therapy in English and Spanish. I especially support clients healing from trauma, managing stress, building self-esteem, and recovering from challenging relationships. My ideal clients are ready to explore, grow, and create meaningful change in a safe, supportive environment
My Background and Approach
Hi, I’m Darlene Meza (they/them), and I provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity, and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences, blending practical tools with active listening and support. I offer a queer-affirming, inclusive space where you can feel safe to explore your feelings, build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and make meaningful changes. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and confident as you work toward the life and relationships you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and a nonbinary therapist. I am also a military spouse and deeply support military families, understanding the unique challenges, transitions, and stigma they may face. I believe that everyone is valid and deserves access to basic necessities, safety, and the freedom to express themselves authentically without fear. I am a strong advocate for life-saving care and rights for transgender individuals and children, and I stand for equity, inclusion, and dignity for all people, including undocumented communities.
