About My Clients
My ideal client is a parent, teen, or adult who has experienced hardship in communication with their loved ones. Breaking generational patterns is a huge motivator for me; when we can disrupt the pattern, we can infinitely impact the next generations. Life is hard and doing it alone is not God's plan for us. We were created to be deeply interconnected with each other and I want to help you see how you can talk to others about your pain, so that you don't have to hoard the hurt for yourself.

This field is my passion and helping families is my mission. I specialize in working with teens, parents, and individuals who are feeling disconnected and seeking to bridge the gap with their loved ones. Whether you're struggling with communication issues, navigating life transitions, or facing emotional challenges, I'm here to provide the guidance and support you need to thrive. In my virtual therapy practice, I draw upon a range of therapeutic modalities, especially experiential approaches like EFT, ABFT, and IFS. I will especially focus on your emotional processing and helping you become more aware of your emotions/needs and how to get closer with loved ones. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll work collaboratively to explore your strengths, identify areas for growth, and develop practical strategies for positive change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My journey into therapy began with a passion for understanding human behavior and a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. I knew I was suppose to be a "helper" and therapist even in grade school when kids would argue on the playground and they would come to me to help them figure it out! Because of the gifts God has blessed me with, I embarked on a fulfilling career dedicated to helping others overcome obstacles and cultivate fulfilling relationships. I am a therapist who is a practicing Christian and has an active relationship with Jesus Christ.
