My ideal clients are motivated to explore their patterns and build practical tools for lasting change. While I provide a supportive space, my practice isn’t suited for severe mental illness or crises—but I’m happy to help connect you with appropriate resources if needed.

I believe in everyone’s capacity to change and grow by unlearning unhealthy patterns and building healthier habits. Having overcome severe anxiety and panic attacks myself, I’m passionate about helping you find the same freedom and control in your life.
