With the right kind of support, it is possible to regain balance, recover from burnout, renew and even flourish in your life again. Together we might address the overwhelm and exhaustion that results from continually adapting to systems and environments that do not suit you, address trauma from years of masking and struggling to adapt to systems and environments that are a mismatch for your nervous system, and develop some strategies for executive functioning challenges, energy management, sensory self-care and self-advocacy.
