About My Clients
I am currently accepting new clients, and I would be honored to be apart of your healing and/or growth journey! I enjoy working with people who have experienced complex trauma, including sexual and domestic abuse, people who are experiencing shame, anxiety, depression, chronic disconnection, and much more. I also enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters connection, empowerment, and lasting change.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirmative, person-centered, and rooted in Relational-Cultural Therapy. I have experience working with adult and teen survivors of sexual abuse, interpersonal violence, gun violence, and identity-based violence. I also specialize in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relational concerns, and more.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Ultimately, I am passionate about co-creating safety with clients to ensure that each person has access to healing and care. My hope for our work together is that you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and that, through sharing space together, you are empowered to live your most authentic life.
