About My Clients
I often work with adults who are insightful, responsible, and highly capable people whose lives may look good from the outside but no longer feel right from the inside. They’re exhausted from managing, accommodating, and pushing through. My clients are frequently late discovery neurodiverse. Many have already done years of therapy. They understand their patterns intellectually but find themselves reacting in familiar ways when they are overwhelmed, in conflict, disappointed, or disconnected.
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in somatic therapy and attachment-based healing and fits inside a Strengths Based perspective. Together, these approaches support you in listening to your nervous system, understanding relational patterns, and rebuilding trust — not by forcing change, but by creating the conditions where change can unfold naturally.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I operate from a foundational stance that therapy is a collaborative process, and that clients are experts of their own lives. I bring expertise in techniques, you bring the expertise in you. I believe that, like a seed planted in nourishing soil, we have an inate capacity to grow when the conditions are right. Part of our work together is discovering what those conditions might be for you. Being in nature is where I feel most authentically myself, and where I'm most likely to experience a sense of the divine. There's something about standing barefoot in a cold stream or climbing a mountainside that reminds me I'm part of something much larger than myself. If there's a divine element to this world, nature is one place where we're likely to encounter it.
