My Background and Approach
Each session is a new opportunity to heal and grow. Trauma informed, with holistic wellness centered and sensitivity to the unique backgrounds & intersectional identities of those I have the privilege of supporting, you can expect to build upon your own inherent ability to heal & grow. We'll build a counseling experience unique to you starting with where you are today, aiming towards your personal hopes and dreams. We can blend IFS, DBT, EMDR, CBT, narrative therapy, brainspotting, creative expressive arts, somatic therapies, compassionate humor, and so much more in our time together. Everyone has the capacity to heal and grow- we're in this together.
