With extensive training in anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, body image issues, grief, trauma, and more. We work with individuals, ages 14+ years of age. I am committed to fostering resilience, building coping skills, and promoting emotional health.
My Background and Approach
I completed my Masters degree at Northern Arizona University, and I have years of experience treating individuals. I create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their struggles and work toward meaningful change. I believe in a personalized approach to therapy. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs. With a warm, empathetic, and collaborative style, I empower clients to uncover their strengths, overcome challenges, and develop the tools to live fulfilling lives. Whether facing difficult life transitions, navigating grief, or improving self-esteem and body image, depression or anxiety, I am here to guide and support clients every step of the way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone should feel empowered and able to take control of their own lives. I believe that we are all embedded with negative core beliefs that are engrained while growing up from our families, culture or society which in turn causes us to struggle with depression, anxiety, body image issues, life transitions, relationship struggles and more. With therapy we are able to change that mindset and change some of those negative core belies into more empowering and positive mindset.
