About My Clients
Do you feel sad more days than not? Do you feel lost, anxious, or anything in between? Sometimes, we may not even know why we are feeling the way we do. I can provide you a safe space, while helping you gain a deeper insight into your self- helping you implement tools to make life transitions, or your pain, a little less heavy.
My Background and Approach
I'm a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in counseling those who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Self-harm, Psychotic disorders, and Personality disorders. I work with individuals of all ages and work with a diverse population. I use a humanistic and psychodynamic approach to help others gain valuable insight to their past, as well as a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help others live a more fulfilling life while teaching healthy new coping skills.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
More often than not, we feel alone in our struggles- and sometimes, the familiarity of being alone causes us to feel too scared to reach out. I believe everyone can re-gain control of their lives. I believe with the right guidance, you can be happy. It may not feel attainable in this moment, but I believe you DESERVE to be happy.
