Seeking therapy might feel like a huge leap of faith, and you might not even be sure if you’re ready. I get it. It’s really hard to get started, especially if you were taught to believe that therapy is “only for when things get really bad.” Let’s normalize going to therapy…for whatever reason you’d like: a break-up, grief, family or relationship stuff, a life transition, feeling down or anxious. No matter how big or small what you’re going through feels, I’m here to support you through it.

I’m committed to helping you find what you seek – whether that’s an answer to a question, tools to cope, a space to feel seen and heard, or a roadmap for how to move through and forward. I’m here for it all – the tears, the laughter, the confusion, the exploration, and the hard work. I’d be honored to support you in creating purposeful change. I believe that the client-therapist relationship is the most vital component of successful therapy and prioritize building rapport and trust. I show up as my authentic self with the intention of making the virtual therapy room a place of warmth, safety, and comfort. My hope is that you leave every session feeling cared for.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in therapy being a safe and compassionate place for you to heal, grow, and transform. I welcome you to show up as you are and feel comfortable to express exactly how you are feeling, without having to edit it. If you've never been to therapy before, you might feel scared. My goal is to make you feel as comfortable with the process as possible and will walk you through it every step of the way.
