My clients have survived traumas big and small that have profoundly impacted their worldview. Now, they find themselves drained of the strength they once drew from. While many around you know you as the strong one, this time, you don't think you can make it through. You sense that you are ready to slow down and heal. You want a therapist who gets your struggles and your resilience. You want healing on your own terms and I can facilitate that.
My Background and Approach
My approach is direct, compassionate and nonjudgmetnal. I have a passion for working with people who have multi-generational trauma. Some of my most meaningful work is with parents who come to therapy because they are worried their relationships with their parents is impacting their relationships with their child(ren).
