About My Clients

I greatly enjoy working with individuals who hold minoritized identities, particularly individuals and couples/polycules from the Q+BIPOC and Neurodivergent communities. Additionally, I enjoy working with athletes, and as a former collegiate athlete, I understand the unique internal and external pressures that athletes that athletes often face.

My Background and Approach

My clinical work is rooted in anti-racist, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally-responsive practices, which I believe requires taking action and addressing discrimination and oppression at every level. I also work from a neurodiversity/neurodivergent-affirming lens, and believe that our brains all function differently and different does not equate to bad.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I seek to empower my clients by exploring how dynamics of power, privilege, and oppression have shaped their lives and/or resulted in marginalization, discrimination, and trauma. I strive to always meet my clients where they are in their various journeys and building a relationship is my number one priority. Therapy is a place where you should feel heard, valued, and respected and my goal is to provide that space. Using a strength-based, trauma-informed approach, we will charter a path towards healing.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
