Accepting Clients

As a queer identified clinician, I’m drawn to frameworks that situate our inner worlds within the broader social and political contexts.

About My Clients

Do you find yourself craving connection while also fearing it? Does the world, or the news, leave you feeling unsafe, isolated, or shut down? Maybe intimacy feels hard to access, or you’re longing for support beyond surface-level or AI-driven answers. You might be a parent looking for a grounded, supportive presence for your teen.

My Background and Approach

I work creatively and compassionately, grounded in LGBTQ+, psychoanalytic, poly-attachment theory, IFS, and feminist frameworks. You can expect sessions to be hard work, and also often include moments of laughter, lightness, and unexpected relief. Our work builds toward a depth that can feel hard to find or name in the fast pace of everyday life. You might be looking for a perspective that isn’t so enmeshed with the people in your life, or finding it difficult to feel truly open and trusting with others. In our work, we begin to untangle those knots and over time, bring that sense of trust back into your world outside the therapy room. I’ve completed Certification in Sex Therapy and hold pleasure activism as a guiding thread in our work. I’ve seen and experienced how creativity and play be constrained by shame, normativity, and survival and how reclaiming them can be deeply political. Therapy together makes space for agency and self-definition to come back into your own body and life.
