About My Clients
I work with individuals ages 15+ in person in the Brookline/Boston area and by telehealth in Massachusetts. I especially enjoy working with clients on identity exploration, queer and gender-affirming therapy, life transitions, mood disorder challenges, and trauma.
My Approach to Helping
Mental health is shaped by our lived experiences, relationships, and systems we navigate. I believe individuals carry deep strength, resilience, and capacity for joy, though some (or all) of these might not always feel within reach. A warm, collaborative, and affirming therapeutic relationship can provide space to connect with these parts of yourself, feel more empowered, and work toward your goals. My style is relational, direct, and strengths-based, grounded in client-centered and psychodynamic frameworks. I work to meet clients where they're at and tailor sessions to your needs. When relevant, I integrate Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and creative/expressive approaches. Previously, I provided individual therapy & case management to young adults at the Massachusetts College of Art & Design Counseling Center. I also trained at Riverside Community Care PACT, supporting adults with serious psychiatric diagnoses in community-based care.
