About My Clients
I have 18 years experience working with adolescents and youth through coaching and teaching. However, I believe these skills are transferrable to individuals of all ages and especially those in need of mental health support. Additionally, my background and familiarity in public health provides support for strengthening the health of the entire community and all those who live in it.
My Background and Approach
As a supervisee in the field and a new counselor, I feel very confident in being able to provide proper care and support to those in need. With many years experience as a coach, teacher, and student of leadership I am sure to provide care and understanding to those I serve. While at the same time applying a variety of skills in order to help clients thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal belief is that all people have the right be themselves and as healthy as possible. Like other elements of health, mental health is extremely important and when it is impacted in a negative way I am here to help and support.
