I'm a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a certified school counselor who loves working with teenagers and young adults to build and maintain great therapeutic relationships. My Background and Approach
I utilize various techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to work through depression, anxiety, trauma, conduct disorders, stress management, self-esteem, relationship issues, empowerment, and work/life balance.
