I am passionate about walking with individuals as they learn who they are and how to show up authentically in relationships. I also enjoy working with couples who want to build more profound and fulfilling relationships.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s of Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and have experience working with adolescents, adult individuals, and couples. I find great joy in helping individuals cultivate a deeper awareness of their life stories and love for their internal systems. I also utilize Emotion-Focused Therapy to aid couples in understanding their relational dynamics and ability to create intimacy. I look forward to welcoming clients of all backgrounds into their therapy journey.
