I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, and trauma. With a background in trauma-focused modalities such as TF-CBT, CPT, PE, UP, and TGCTA, my approach is both evidence-based and solution-focused. Together, we’ll address what’s happening in the moment—whether that’s overwhelming anxiety, stress from change, or the lasting impact of trauma—and build tools to help you regain a sense of control. Over my career, I’ve refined dozens of strategies to support healing and growth. My goal is for every client to walk away with practical techniques they can use anytime, anywhere, to find relief. We’ll explore how your brain and body respond to stress, and I’ll guide you in using exercises that calm the nervous system, build resilience, and support lasting change.
