About My Clients
When human beings experience a crisis, trauma, or other life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My greatest passion is bringing healing, recovery, and empowerment to the people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. I have helped many clients, who include children, adults, and families, to develop and sustain healthy life skills to aid them on the road to self-sufficiency.
My Background and Approach
I am committed to providing a compassionate, open, non-judgmental environment to allow those in need of emotional and psychological support to express themselves. There is no single approach that is right for every individual, so I utilize a range of modalities to help strengthen the lives of each individual I work with. Through a collaborative relationship, we work together to find the modality that best suits your needs. I utilize a strength-based, person-centered, trauma-informed foundation with all my clients. I believe that counseling is an opportunity to rethink, reframe, refocus, and rewrite your life's narrative going forward.
