About My Clients
I want my clients to be able to explore their concerns, stressors, and vulnerabilities to make positive changes to their lives. I have a particular passion to work with children, adolescents, and young adults on emotional expressiveness, anxiety, coping skills and social skills.
My Background and Approach
Do you want someone to talk to? We all need someone to understand us when we feel overwhelmed. I want my clients to be able to explore their vulnerabilities, stressors, & make positive & organic changes to their lives. Everything needs to be taken day by day & slowly. Nothing can be changed over night, but together we can work together.- DAYTIME! I am very transparent, open, and willing to meet my clients where they want to be met. I am very passionate about my love for helping people and only want the best for people to help them when they want to be helped. I am very empathic and always hope to help walk with my clients in their shoes. I may not in their physical shoes, but I will take your hand and walk with you in the hardships and support you along the way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I personally believe that we each have our journeys in life to follow, and we all need someone to lend us a helping hand. I am very active in my clients story in supporting them in anyway they need me with their toolbox to have a successful journey finding their best and trustest self. I am very open-minded, like to laugh, know how to respectfully have fun, and also keep my clients safe and comfortable in the comfort of my therapy room.
