About My Clients
If you are looking for assistance navigating identity, anxiety, relationship complications, depression, low self-esteem, and life changes, let's work it out together. This world can be lonely at times without people who truly see you. We often have hurdles/mountains in our lives that cause us to feel stuck, and others don't understand, or we aren't comfortable letting them in for several reasons. Having someone in your life to help you navigate can be life-changing.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about helping people who feel stuck navigating life changes and their emotional well-being and relationships. I tailor my therapeutic approach based on the individual's needs; some evidence-based therapies include transactional analysis, CBT, expressive/creative art therapies, solution-focused therapy, and mind-body therapy. You don't have to face life's challenges alone. I would love to walk alongside you whether you seek healing, personal growth, freedom, or clarity. I'm originally from Chicago and moved to Southern California, where I graduated from Pomona College with a double major in Psychology and Dance (mind and body). I later received my Master of Social Work from Fordham University, New York, and I'm heavily involved in the performing arts. I love what I do; if I wasn't doing this, I would be a Travel Videographer/ Film Director. Random fact: I was once a Disney princess. If I don't get the opportunity to work with you, I wish you the best on your journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
"The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don't have any." - Alice Walker
