About My Clients
My goal is to provide you with a warm, welcoming, and compassionate space to engage in therapeutic growth and change. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic therapy, and Person-centered psychotherapy. My approach is tailored to your unique needs and goals, and we are committed to helping you achieve lasting positive change.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with clients who struggle with eating disorders, body image related issues, athletes struggling with eating disorders/ body image issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other life stressors. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients to heal and grow. I have my Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of New Haven and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College. I have extensive experience in treating eating disorders at different levels of care, such as Residential Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), and Outpatient Therapy. Additionally, I am a trained EMDR therapist and a member of IAEDP.
