About My Clients
I support women navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, body image concerns, eating disorders, menopause, life transitions, stress, and burnout. I work with those who feel overwhelmed or disconnected, offering a compassionate, strengths‑based space to heal, regain clarity, and reconnect with themselves.
My Background and Approach
My work blends evidence‑based therapies with mindfulness‑based practices to help clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, and build resilience. I also integrate holistic and spiritual perspectives, creating space for deeper self‑connection, meaning, and healing. My goal is to offer a compassionate, grounded environment where women can reclaim their voice, restore balance, and reconnect with their inner strength.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is deeply connected to creating a more compassionate and equitable world. My work is rooted in feminist, queer‑affirming, anti‑racist values, and I view therapy as a political act, one that challenges systems that harm women, trans and queer communities, and all marginalized identities. I’m committed to body liberation, civil rights, and social justice, and I bring a holistic, mindful, and spiritually open approach to the therapy room. I support clients who want a therapist who shares progressive values and believes in collective liberation, community care, and the right of every person to live with dignity, safety, and authenticity.
