About My Clients
Some of the populations I have experience with are children, adolescents and teens from ages 8-18. I also have experience with young adults who have experienced trauma or PTSD, anxiety (panic, OCD and phobias), depression, ASD and ADHD.
My Background and Approach
My approach to working with youth is always to *hopefully* have the family or parent involved to be able to teach tools and strategies the parent can use to help guide their child to a place of healing and stability. I use a cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approach to my therapy process. I offer Brainspotting sessions to address Trauma or PTSD.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in holistic psychoeducation for my clients and that anything we put into our bodies has an impact on our mental health whether good or bad. I believe in guiding my clients to more holistic approaches to change rather than immediate medication approaches.
