My Background and Approach
Through my work as a therapist since 2013, I have gathered the knowledge and tools to help you through your daily struggles. My goal for you is to feel as though you are in control of your life and your emotions. To achieve this, we will process past and current events, we will identify unhealthy thought patterns and beliefs and we will work together to challenge these in order to get to a place of acceptance, stability, and happiness. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma, and postpartum depression/anxiety and will utilize what I have learned in these trainings when working with you to gain strength and resiliency.
