About My Clients
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched thin by anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting stress, or a major life transition, you’re not alone. There are seasons in life that feel dry, uncertain, or heavy. Therapy offers a place to pause, reflect, and begin reconnecting with your own capacity for resilience and renewal. I work with teens (16+) and adults, offering a supportive space where healing can unfold at your own pace.
My Background and Approach
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with art therapy and horticultural therapy—blending practical tools with creative and nature-based ways of processing and growth. Some clients find clarity through conversation, others through creative expression, and many through reconnecting with the grounding presence of the natural world.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the heart of my work is the belief that resilience is not about pushing through or “toughing it out,” but about learning how to respond to challenges in ways that honor your needs, your limits, and your strengths. Like desert plants that store what they need and bloom when conditions allow, you already carry the potential for growth within you. Our work together will be collaborative and tailored to you—whether that means building concrete coping strategies, exploring deeper emotional patterns, or engaging in creative and nature-based practices that help you reconnect with yourself in new ways.
