About My Clients
I specialize in supporting folks who face challenges related to stress, life transitions and the impact of trauma. I frequently works with Ethically Non-Monogamous (ENM), BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Many of my clients are also in helping professions, or have experienced family dysfunction that impacts their lives.
My Background and Approach
I believe in a radical, holistic and collaborative framework for healing and the therapy process, as well as bringing levity and humor to sessions. I use evidence-based interventions like Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, trauma-sensitive yoga techniques, and more. Previous work with children, teens and families provides a unique perspective on healing across the lifespan.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love cooking, music, bike riding and spending time in nature. I deeply value connection, honesty, courage, kindness towards ourselves and others, and curiosity.
