About My Clients
I treat a wide variety of clients aged 18 and up. I have experience ranging from college students coping with change, new mothers dealing with postpartum, and the elderly population coping with chronic pain and illness.
My Background and Approach
I spent several years working in hospice helping and supporting people undergoing severe illnesses and their families. I have since spent over two years working in the clinical field working with a wide population, ranging from anxiety and depression to bipolar and PTSD. I believe in using a wide variety of therapeutic techniques, specifically CBT, ACT, Behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. I look forward to getting to know you and I am here to help.
