About My Clients
You may look “fine” on the outside while carrying exhaustion, pain, uncertainty, or fear inside. I support adults navigating chronic illness, medical trauma, health anxiety, disability, and major life transitions. If you feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or disconnected from yourself or your body, therapy can be a space to feel supported and understood.
My Background and Approach
UPDATE 5/20/26: Now welcoming new clients! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing telehealth therapy to adults navigating chronic illness, medical trauma, health anxiety, burnout, grief, and major life transitions. I also enjoy working with spiritually open-minded individuals seeking deeper healing and self-understanding. My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, blending practical coping skills with deeper emotional work. I draw from person-centered therapy, mindfulness, attachment work, somatic awareness, and IFS-informed parts work to help clients better understand themselves and feel more grounded. As someone with personal experience navigating complex medical systems and health challenges, I understand the emotional toll of living in an unpredictable body. You do not have to minimize your experience here.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. My values as a therapist are rooted in compassion, authenticity, curiosity, and creating a space where people feel safe showing up exactly as they are—without judgment or pressure to “have it all together.” I understand that healing is deeply personal and not one-size-fits-all. I value honoring the connection between mind, body, and soul, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, belief systems, and lived experiences. I strive to create an affirming, inclusive environment for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those navigating chronic illness, disability, trauma, grief, or major life transitions. I also enjoy working with spiritually open-minded individuals—including healers, intuitives, creatives, and those exploring meaning, purpose, identity, or deeper self-understanding. Above all, I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to be fully human
