My Background and Approach
With over 20 years of experience, I am a NY licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist. I earned my Doctorate in Psychology from St. John's University and have extensive expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. I provide telehealth services through my private practice and trusted platforms like Headway and Talkspace, offering compassionate, evidence-based care.
