About My Clients
You may be outwardly capable, yet still feel unsettled, weighed down by stress, or disconnected from yourself, relationships, or the activities you love. Unresolved emotions past experiences, attachment wounds, and trauma can keep us stuck in cycles of harm and survival. These behaviors are not character flaws or weaknesses. They are your body’s way of coping with experiences your system did not have the resources to process and are possible to change, on your terms and at your pace.
My Background and Approach
I welcome the complexity of who you are as your most authentic self — body, mind, spirit, culture, and story. Ki Therapy was created with thoughtful awareness of culture, identity, and lived experience and begins when people feel safe, seen, and attuned to. Our work is grounded in attention to your words, but also attunes to your subtle emotions, patterns, and behavioral responses, offering a healing experience of being genuinely seen and accepted without needing to over-explain yourself. I want to help people feel comfortable being their true self, experience warmth, curiosity, and acceptance, while receiving high-quality and evidence-informed mental health support. It is possible to embody both strength and vulnerability at the same time. 🌱
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Mental health recovery and wellness is both an art and a science—grounded in authentic connection, informed by research, and guided by the wisdom of the heart. Healing happens in relationship — with ourself, others, and in the therapeutic space. Connection is the catalyst for transformation.
