About My Clients
I work with adults and teens 16+ navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with people who are self-aware but frustrated because knowing what they should do hasn't translated into actually doing it. You don't need to have everything figured out, you just need to be willing to get curious and try something different.
My Background and Approach
My approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), and other values-based practices. Together, we'll explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical strategies that fit your life. I have experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and anger management. For adults with ADHD, I focus on practical behavioral strategies for executive functioning, organization, time management, and managing everyday demands. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness while turning that awareness into meaningful, sustainable change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest, not like you're sitting across from someone waiting to judge you or hand you a list of things you're doing wrong. I also believe that feeling understood and being challenged aren't opposites. You can have both. I believe you're the expert on your own life, but sometimes we all have blind spots, unhelpful patterns, or deeply held beliefs that keep us stuck. That's where I come in. I'll listen without judgment, help you understand what's happening beneath the surface, and challenge you when I think you're getting in your own way.
