About My Clients
Life has many twists and turns. Some we may be able to see coming. Some we don’t. We all experience pain, grief, disappointment and heartbreak in life. However, how do we adjust to these challenges while life is still moving? My successes are with clients who struggle anxiety, depression, conflict, anger management, and self esteem. I look forward to working together to strategize healthy skills to promote mental health wellness.
My Background and Approach
I have several years experience in advocacy, trauma, and counseling techniques. My therapeutic approach is to engage with clients to empower effective mind altering thinking that will improve results in behavior and choices. As a therapist I assign homework because I believe the work is inside and outside of therapy sessions. My focus is to provide clients with support to assist a client through the therapeutic process. As a therapist my goal is provide a client with the tools to experience breakthrough, healing, and therapeutic techniques to move forward in life with personal and professional relationships.
