About My Clients
I frequently work with individuals struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, past trauma, stress management, and relationship concerns. Together we will help you achieve long-lasting life changes that will help you lead a more fulfilling and happier life. We will focus on your specific needs and develop skills and strategies that will help you reach your life goals.
My Background and Approach
I am warm, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. I take a unique approach with each person to keep your goals the focus of our treatment. I use psychodynamic and evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you achieve your goals. I have training in CBT from the Beck Institute, the Gottman Method from the Gottman Institute, and exposure and response prevention (ERP) from the IOCDF. Using both relational and evidence-based models, I always keep your individual needs the focus of our sessions. I strive to help you to better understand yourself in a supportive and empathic environment, while also learning life-long tools and techniques for managing your symptoms . *I will be on maternity leave starting in mid-March and expect to return in early July.
