About My Clients
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or questioning yourself? Maybe life feels heavy, relationships feel challenging, or emotions feel hard to manage. You're not alone. Whether you're navigating a life transition, experiencing grief, anxiety, or depression, or struggling with substance use, self-worth, or relationships, I'm here to walk alongside you through the storm. By taking a collaborative, integrative approach to therapy, we can tailor the process to fit your unique needs and goals.
My Background and Approach
As a person-centered therapist, I meet you where you are to build trust and a strong therapeutic relationship. From there, I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and Attachment Theory to help you gain insight, build confidence, and connect with your authentic self. CBT and ACT focus on reshaping thoughts, while DBT provides skills for distress tolerance and emotional regulation. Attachment Theory helps us understand relational patterns so you can build healthier connections with others and yourself. Together, we can create a personalized toolkit that works for you. Throughout sessions, we may also focus on setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, cultivating self-compassion, and exploring your values and goals. My aim is to help you see your strengths and carry the tools you learn in session beyond therapy for lasting, meaningful change. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where your experiences are understood and your safety is prioritized.
