My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we live in an ensouled world, the anima mundi. Consciousness permeates our reality. We can study patterns that we participate with in our shared co-creative reality i.e. archetypes. I believe strongly in the journey of individuation, understanding the importance of dreams, and cultivating Self energy (curious, compassion, confident, creative, calm, clarity, connectedness, courageous). I believe art therapy is better in-person because I can offer you many of supplies and mediums in every session. The practice weekly art therapy and showing up in person to create tangible self-reflections is invaluable to the journey of individuation. I would be honored to witness your journey.
