My Background and Approach
I am a strengths-based, client-centered therapist. However, as there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, support will be tailored to empower you to make changes specific to your needs and goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My practice is informed by my experience and identity. I am the daughter of an immigrant, am active in the LGBTQ+ community, and identify as Latina and multiracial. I will provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self and explore whatever challenges you may be facing.
