About My Clients
You find yourself doing all of the "right" things, but still feel a heavy sense of uncertainty or stuckness. Maybe you are navigating a recent death that has left a hole in your world, or perhaps you’re grieving a relationship that didn't last. Whether it’s the physical loss of a loved one or the “invisible” grief of realizing your life looks different than you imagined it would by now, you don't have to carry the weight alone.
My Background and Approach
I work with adults experiencing grief related to both death and non-death loss. In your 20's, 30's, and 40's, life is a series of constant transitions. Whether you are mourning a person, a former version of yourself, or a dream that didn't pan out, these feelings are natural responses to change, not signs that something is "wrong" with you. We cannot change what has happened to you, and yet, together we can come to better understand your lived experiences and explore ways in which you can move forward in life. I provide non-judgmental, person-centered care. I bring my personality into my practice and welcome those I work with to bring theirs as well. I encourage this openness and transparency in order to better build an environment in which you feel supported and understood.
