About My Clients
I typically work with high-functioning adults who are navigating anxiety, OCD, relationship concerns, perfectionism, and life transitions. I place a strong emphasis on building trust and genuine rapport, creating a safe and supportive foundation where we can gradually explore more difficult thoughts, emotions, and patterns. From there, we work collaboratively to develop greater self-awareness, build practical skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative and individualized, combining CBT, ACT, ERP, and other evidence-based treatments to help clients better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and create meaningful change. I have particular experience working with adults who struggle with anxiety and OCD-related concerns, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, contamination fears, and relational OCD.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely understood, accepted, and comfortable being yourself. As a psychologist, I value authenticity, compassion, curiosity, and the idea that meaningful change doesn’t require changing who you are—it often means learning to understand yourself more deeply and respond to yourself with greater flexibility and kindness. I’m naturally curious about people and the stories that shape who we become. I believe that our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences all influence the way we move through the world, and I enjoy helping clients make sense of those patterns without judgment. Outside of my work, I value close relationships, family, personal growth, health, and creating a life that feels meaningful rather than simply checking off a list of accomplishments.
