About My Clients

My ideal clients are individuals and couples ready to break free from old patterns and early narratives that no longer serve them. I provide a liberating, transformative space with a dedicated lens for those existing on the margins, including BIPOC, queer, and neurodivergent individuals. I specialize in helping clients process trauma, navigate complex family or caregiver dynamics, build communication in relationships, and heal from identity or perfectionism-related stress.

My Background and Approach

As a licensed psychologist with a PsyD from George Washington University and a master's in counseling psychology, my rigorous clinical training directly translates into care tailored to your unique life structures. Over my career, I have successfully guided individuals and couples across diverse settings, including; community clinics, private practice, and university counseling centers helping folks with complex relational hurdles, anxiety, and systemic stressors. I specialize in psychodynamic and liberation psychology, focusing heavily on trauma recovery, complex family dynamics (including healing from narcissistic caregivers), and identity-focused therapy. By mapping out how early narratives restrict your present, we work together to create new ones. The direct benefit to you is a deeply collaborative, honest, and transformative relationship where you can safely process systemic and personal pain, ultimately reclaiming your authentic self.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My practice stands firmly on a foundation of liberation, decolonial frameworks, and systemic justice. I believe true healing cannot occur in isolation from the socio-political structures impacting our daily lives. As an intersectional psychologist, my values heavily inform my commitment to collective liberation and human rights. I am openly anti-Zionist and pro-Palestine, holding a practice that rejects colonial violence and actively supports Palestinian liberation. In alignment with these beliefs, my therapeutic space is intentionally designed to be a safe harbor for activists, community organizers, and individuals navigating systemic oppression, racial trauma, or political grief. Beyond this advocacy, I am fiercely passionate about LGBTQ+ equality, racial justice, and dismantling institutional harm. When you step into my practice, you are entering a space where your lived experience and your values are deeply honored and aligned.
